A fully glass construction with sliding glass doors on the front. Built in ventilation at the front and top for superior air flow. These can be built in almost any dimension of your choosing. A perfect way to start off your build, adding a custom touch.
ExoTerra Terrarium
A factory standard tank that are great to retrofit for dart frog terrariums. Hinged front door(s) with a latch. These come in many sizes.

ExoTerra’s Small Tall Terrarium. Pricing is for a new tank fresh from its factory packaging. Pricing is subject to change at any time

Cork + GHOST WOOd Backgrounds
This is our signature background option that we create by carving cork board and attaching ghost wood in order to create a naturalistic and eye pleasing background for your terrarium.

This option is for a background on the back panel and one side wall of your 18x18x24 ExoTerra. You choose the right or left wall.
18x18x24 ExoTerra- 3 Sides
This option is for a full background on the back panel and both side walls of your 18x18x24 ExoTerra.
24x18x24 ExoTerra- Back only
This option is for a background on the back panel of your 24x18x24 ExoTerra only. No background will be added to the sides of your terrarium.
24x18x24 ExoTerra- Back and One Side

Custom Epoxy backgrounds
We work closely with Michael Openshaw (@mikegravia on instagram) in order to offer amazing custom epoxy backgrounds that are designed and built to suit your terrarium needs. Mike can create anything from flowing wood scapes with vines to rocks and boulders or even buttress roots and trees.
If this is something you’re interested in, we can incorporate one of Mikes inserts into a terrarium that we are creating for you. These inserts can be paired with our cork background method to create a unique, one of a kind terrarium.
Custom Epoxy Insert
Due to the nature and complexity of each epoxy background, each insert will vary in time and cost to build. First we will need to speak to you about the size and what you‘d like incorporated into your insert. Next we will create a mockup of your vision and provide a quote.

A Thrive Ecosystems terrarium conversion lid with the glass insert needed to complete the kit. The conversion kit includes misting hole(s) and vents. The conversions can use either 3/32 or 1/8 glass. The listed prices include 3/32 glass.

A hole will be drilled in the back of your new vivarium and a 3/8 bulkhead will be installed. Also included is 3’ of tubing and a ball valve to start and stop the flow of water. Additional tubing is available if you need it.

Drainage Foam Layer

Custom Vivarium Stand and/or Canopy
Two layers of black drainage foam. This replaces your typical drainage layer as well as your ABG layer, which significantly reduces the weight of your vivarium. Don’t worry! Plants can still be plated directly into the foam with no issues! Add your leaves right on top of the foam! This is how we do all of our tanks here at FHT.

A brand new glass misting reservoir with a pull out drawer at the top, making refilling the reservoir a breeze! We will drill this reservoir and install a bulkhead and a ball valve where you can hook up your misting pump. This reservoir will serve as a water supply for your misting system. A nice upgrade from a 5 gallon bucket!
